One of the first activities of our Brazil delegation was attending a Portuguese language class. Teachers Cris and Tiago worked with our students, teaching them basic greetings and phrases which will surely be useful for our time in Brazil. The students were extremely eager to learn and all left the class with new enthusiasm and confidence in speaking Portuguese. At the end of class, the students presented Cris and Tiago with Girl Scout Cookies as a thank you for the excellent lesson.
