During the afternoon, we served tea, coffee, and our kitchen creations to some elderly members of a local parish. The classic English sponge cake, called a Victorian sandwich cake, and sausage rolls were favorites. Our students ended the party with a lively rendition of “Deep In The Heart of Texas.” It was a wonderful experience of Serviam and sisterhood!!

Monday at Ursuline High School, Wimbledon
Today our Wimbledon delegation had a fun, full day at Ursuline High School. Activities included an art project, a cooking class, and a tea party. It was a perfect day for a tea party! Our students made scones, sausage rolls, finger sandwiches and sponge cakes in the school kitchen.
