This weekend, we booked our Wimbledon chaperones into a typical Texas cuisine cooking-class at our local Sur La Table cooking specialty store. They were joined by several culinarily-minded UA Dallas teachers. And then, they noticed some familiar faces among their fellow learners! Imagine the surprise when our teachers found themselves in class with Eleanor and Daisy, one of our UA Dallas and Ursuline Wimbledon student pairs! It was so fun to cook and to learn together. Most importantly, the Southern Fried Chicken was a delicious success!
