All around Lima

On Tuesday and Wednesday, our Peru Delegation explored the city of Lima. They visited the museum of Archeology, the central plaza, the cathedral and more! The weather was unseasonably and unusually hot so our delegates relaxed aboard an open-air tour bus and took time out for a delicious lunch at the famous Pardo's roasted chicken restaurant. They also visited the beach and took a scenic drive along Lima's beachfront. It was exhausting because of the heat but it was also thrilling to discover this beautiful colonial city!
